These terms cover quantumcx.net — this website — and identify the company behind it.

They are not the product agreement. Subscriptions, credits, billing, refunds and acceptable use of pSEO Engine are governed by the pSEO Engine terms of service, which is what you agree to when you create an account. Where the two documents differ about the product, the product terms win.

Using this website

You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Please do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, attempt to break it, or copy the text wholesale to pass off as your own.

What the content here is, and is not

The pages on this site describe what our software does. They are marketing material, written to be accurate — where we state a figure, we state where it comes from — but they are not a warranty and they are not part of your contract for the product.

In particular: we do not promise search rankings. pSEO Engine generates, publishes and tracks pages. It does not control search engines, and nobody who tells you otherwise is being straight with you. Any example, illustration or case study on this site shows what has happened, not what will happen for you.

Illustrations marked as such are diagrams of the product's output. They are not screenshots of real customer accounts and are not data about any client.

The case study

Our case study describes one real engagement, published with that client's permission, and says so. It is a single sample and is not a projection of results.

Trade marks

“QuantumCX” and “pSEO Engine” are our marks. Other names on this site belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

Links out

This site links to places we do not control, including our client's website. We are not responsible for what is on them.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on the content here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the version in force.
