Privacy Policy

This policy covers quantumcx.net — this marketing website — and the email QuantumCX sends. It also identifies the company behind both.

It does not cover the pSEO Engine application. What happens to your projects, keywords, generated pages and billing details inside the product is described in the pSEO Engine privacy policy, which is the document that applies once you have an account.

Who we are

QuantumCX is a sole proprietorship, india, operated by Baibhab Bose. For anything in this policy, including any request about your data, write to baibhab.official@quantumcx.net. That address reaches a person, not a queue.

What this website collects

This site has no accounts, no contact form and no comment system. There is nothing here for you to submit.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It:

• sets no cookies and does not use browser fingerprinting;
• does not follow you across other websites;
• records aggregate figures — page, referrer, country, device type — not identifiable profiles.

Because it is cookieless, this site shows no cookie banner. That is a deliberate choice: we would rather collect less than ask you to dismiss a dialog.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server request logs (including IP address) to serve and secure the site. Vercel acts as our processor.

Email

If you email us, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a record of the conversation. We use Google Workspace for mail.

Transactional and reporting email from the product — including the weekly client reports — is sent through Resend from reports@quantumcx.net. Resend acts as our processor for delivery.

We do not run a marketing newsletter, we do not sell or rent your address, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors named here.

Processors we use

• Vercel — hosting and cookieless analytics for this website.
• Google Workspace — company email.
• Resend — transactional and reporting email delivery.

These providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside India under their own contractual safeguards. Processors specific to the product — including the payment processor — are listed in the pSEO Engine privacy policy.

How long we keep things

Analytics data is aggregate and retained by Vercel on their standard schedule. Email is kept while it is useful and then deleted. We do not build a profile of you from either.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to baibhab.official@quantumcx.net and we will answer within 30 days. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also nominate someone to exercise those rights on your behalf, and you may raise a grievance with us before escalating it.

Children

This is software sold to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. The date shown is the version currently in force.
